(1) What is the feeling or the challenge, that I am having right now, that I want to change?

"Happiness comes from you" not from outside of you.

And in this moment right "NOW" what is the smallest next step that I can only take "NOW" And it might be such a small step, it might even seem insignificant. A small thing that I can do that will move me toward being the best true me I can be?

 

What is the next smallest step that I can take NOW to move me more in the right direction?

 

And again, it might seem insignificant,       “And that’s how I will know I'm doing it right”

 

Because in reality, I can only take the smallest next step. And anytime that I start to feel overwhelmed, it just means I am Imagining, leaving the present moment, and trying to take too much of a big imaginary step.

I am "NOW" going to just be present. And take the smallest next step, see what presents itself, and just deal with that, and notice it ain't so bad, and I'm ok.

And again it might seem insignificant,    And what I'm telling you is    “that’s how you know you're doing it right”

 

Because in reality, you can only take the smallest next step. And anytime you start to feel overwhelmed, it just means you are leaving the present moment trying to take too much of a big imaginary step.

So go ahead now be present and take the smallest next step and see what presents itself and just deal with that, and you will notice it ain't so bad and you're ok.
